Terms of Use
Last updated: 2025-11-18
Liability
RenewPilot Exchange provides marketplace introductions, editorial benchmarking context, and optional facilitation services. Except where prohibited by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, the platform limits its aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms to the fees you paid to RenewPilot Exchange for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Third-party advisors and vendors you engage through the marketplace are independent parties. Their acts and omissions are not automatically imputed to RenewPilot Exchange unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement for a managed service.
Benchmark outputs, templates, and commentary are informational. They do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for decisions made by your organization and for confirming facts with counterparties.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. If a security incident affects personal data, we will follow our Privacy Notice and applicable breach notification requirements. Your organization should maintain its own incident response plan for data it controls.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration and billing information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You will not misuse the marketplace to harass vendors, advisors, or staff, nor attempt to scrape the site in ways that degrade service for others.
You represent that you have authority to bind your organization when you submit procurement inquiries or sign statements of work. Misrepresentation of authority may result in termination of access.
You may not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe systems without prior written permission as part of an agreed security assessment. You may not use the service to build deceptive pricing schemes or to coordinate anti-competitive behavior.
Acceptance
By accessing https://talkcorehub.one/ or engaging RenewPilot Exchange services, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
For enterprise customers, a master services agreement may supersede conflicting sections when explicitly referenced at signature. The website Terms still govern casual visitors and trial browsing.
Service description
RenewPilot Exchange operates a B2B marketplace that connects buyers with renewal advisors, benchmark data products, and optional negotiation support. Deliverables vary by package and are described in order forms or statements of work.
We may update non-material service descriptions on the site to reflect operational improvements. Material reductions in purchased scope require mutual agreement.
Preview or beta features may be offered without uptime guarantees. We may retire beta features with reasonable notice where feasible.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s law. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief where permitted.
Intellectual property
RenewPilot Exchange retains rights in site content, templates, methodologies, and branding. Subject to payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes during the subscription or engagement term.
You grant us a limited license to use anonymized feedback to improve services, provided we do not re-identify your confidential information.
Some deliverables may incorporate open data formats or third-party components under their respective licenses. Those components remain governed by their upstream terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate for uncured material breach after written notice and a reasonable cure period. We may suspend access immediately where necessary to prevent harm, illegal activity, or security risk.
Upon termination, your right to access paid templates may end unless otherwise stated in an order form. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
Fees and taxes
Fees are quoted in KRW unless another currency is agreed in writing. Taxes, withholding, and wire fees follow your jurisdiction and the payment method selected. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by law and stated in the order form.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for the period stated in your order form or, if silent, for three years.
Independent contractors
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture unless explicitly stated in a signed statement of work.
Notices
Notices to RenewPilot Exchange must be sent to hello@talkcorehub.one or the postal address on the Contact page. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your account.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with applicable order forms, constitute the entire agreement regarding the website and standard marketplace purchases unless otherwise signed.
