Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2025-11-10
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required by law. Project artifacts containing personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized according to the retention schedule in your agreement, typically within ninety days after project closure unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies.
Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period. Backups are rotated on a schedule designed to minimize unnecessary retention while supporting disaster recovery.
Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to visitors of talkcorehub.one and to business contacts who interact with RenewPilot Exchange in the Republic of Korea and abroad. It does not cover third-party sites linked from our pages.
Contact
For privacy inquiries, email hello@talkcorehub.one with “Privacy” in the subject line. You may also write to our Seoul office address published on the Contact page.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, or port data. We respond within reasonable timelines and may request identity verification before disclosing sensitive records.
If you disagree with our response, you may escalate to the competent supervisory authority where the law provides that route. We will cooperate in good faith with lawful regulator requests.
Data collected
We collect identifiers (name, email, company), professional information (role, procurement interests), usage data (pages viewed, device type), and content you submit through forms. Payment processing may be handled by partners subject to their notices.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as health data. If such data is accidentally submitted, we will delete it upon discovery unless law requires retention.
Third parties
We use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, analytics (where permitted), and customer support tooling. An up-to-date summary is available on request for enterprise customers.
When you request introductions, we share limited contact details with vetted advisors under confidentiality terms. Advisors process data under their own notices for work they perform directly for you.
Use of data
We use data to operate the marketplace, personalize editorial content where appropriate, secure the service, comply with law, and communicate about engagements you initiate.
Non-essential analytics cookies are placed only after consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Preferences linked in the footer.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the Republic of Korea, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or supplier certifications when required. Copies of transfer summaries are available to enterprise customers under NDA.
Children’s privacy
The marketplace is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly subject to legal obligations.
Security measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk. Measures include access controls, encryption in transit for modern browsers, and vendor security reviews on a periodic basis.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect operational or legal changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised last-updated date. Where consent is required for new processing, we will seek it separately.
Definitions
“Personal data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable person. “Processing” includes collection, storage, retrieval, and deletion. Capitalized product names refer to RenewPilot Exchange offerings described on this site.
Cookie Preferences
Last updated: 2025-10-28
Categories
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, preference cookies to remember theme choices, and optional analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic when you consent.
Examples include session integrity tokens, local storage keys prefixed with our domain for theme and cookie consent state, and analytics identifiers when allowed.
Consent
Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we surface a clear choice before setting those cookies. Withdrawing consent does not block access to informational site content.
Preferences
You may reopen Cookie Preferences through the site footer to change analytics choices. Theme preferences are stored locally and are separate from analytics consent.
Preference keys persist until you clear site data or change settings. Analytics cookies follow durations disclosed in the table below when those cookies are active.
Contact
Questions about cookies may be sent to hello@talkcorehub.one with “Cookie Preferences” in the subject line.
Third parties
If analytics subprocessors set cookies, they act as independent controllers or processors per their policies. We list representative names and purposes in the table below.
We review subprocessor lists periodically and update enterprise customers when contractual notice is required.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help sites remember settings and, when permitted, understand aggregate usage patterns.
We may use local storage or session storage for lightweight preferences. These technologies are described together as “cookies” in this notice for simplicity.
Representative cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|
| rpex_consent | Stores analytics consent choice | 12 months | RenewPilot Exchange |
| rpex_theme | Stores light/dark preference | 12 months | RenewPilot Exchange |
| _analytics_session | Session analytics (optional) | Session | Analytics subprocessor |
Impact of disabling cookies
Disabling analytics cookies does not remove essential functionality. Disabling all cookies and storage may reset theme preferences and require you to reconfirm consent prompts.
Browser instructions
Major browsers allow you to delete cookies per site or globally. Use your browser’s privacy settings; steps differ between Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Policy updates
We may update this notice when subprocessors or cookie names change. Material changes will be reflected with a revised last-updated date at the top of this page.
Lawful bases
Strictly necessary cookies rely on legitimate interests in secure operation. Analytics cookies rely on consent where required by applicable Korean and international rules relevant to your location.
Definitions
“First-party” cookies are set by talkcorehub.one. “Third-party” cookies are set by another domain embedded in our pages, typically analytics partners when enabled.
Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2025-10-05
Process
To request a cancellation or refund for a prepaid engagement, email hello@talkcorehub.one with your company name, engagement reference, and reason. We acknowledge requests within five business days and provide a written decision within fourteen business days where feasible.
We may ask for a copy of the purchase confirmation or signed order form. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we propose an alternative traceable method.
Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to professional services and digital deliverables purchased directly from RenewPilot Exchange. It does not govern amounts owed to third-party advisors unless a unified invoice explicitly includes those amounts under our merchant of record arrangement, which is disclosed at purchase.
Enterprise master agreements may define different refund mechanics. Where a master agreement conflicts, its signed terms control for that customer relationship.
Exceptions
No refund is available for work already delivered and accepted, for third-party pass-through fees already incurred, or where a statutory cooling-off period does not apply to B2B bespoke services under Korean law interpretations applicable to your purchase.
If a project stops mid-way by mutual agreement, fees may be prorated to completed milestones as described in your order form. Without milestones, we calculate a fair partial fee based on hours expended and documented deliverables.
Contact
Cancellation correspondence should be directed to hello@talkcorehub.one and marked “Cancellation Policy”. Include a daytime phone contact for complex engagements.
Timeframe
Where a statutory or contractual cooling-off period applies, your notice must be sent before that period expires. We use the timestamp of your email to our published inbox as the default receipt time.
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days. Banking networks may add additional settlement time beyond our control.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on your buyer category (consumer vs business), the nature of the deliverable, and whether performance has begun with your written authorization. We disclose material restrictions before payment where practicable.
Downloadable templates may be treated as consumed once downloaded unless a defect makes them unusable, in which case we will provide a corrected copy before considering a refund.
Consumer rights (Korea context)
Consumers may have rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce, among other laws. Business purchasers may have fewer mandatory cooling-off rights; we describe your category at checkout where feasible.
Non-refundable categories
Custom workshops already delivered, advisor time already spent with your approval, and rush fees explicitly marked non-refundable on the order form are generally excluded from refunds.
Good-faith disputes
We ask customers to contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve disputes quickly. Chargebacks may delay resolution and trigger account review.
Currency and FX
Refunds are calculated in the currency billed. If your bank converts currency, the credited amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rates or fees charged by financial institutions.
Recordkeeping
We retain cancellation correspondence as required for audit and tax compliance. You should retain copies of your notices and our responses for your records.
Definitions
“Business day” means weekdays excluding public holidays observed at our Seoul operations center. “Delivered” means made available to your designated recipients through agreed channels.
