Marketplace basics
What does RenewPilot Exchange actually do?
We connect enterprise buyers with renewal advisors, benchmark context, and optional vendor-side negotiation support. We are a marketplace layer, not a reseller of software licenses.
Do you sell licenses directly?
No. Pricing on renewal solutions pages is informational and describes typical engagement ranges in KRW. Purchase decisions remain between you and your vendors or partners you appoint.
Benchmarking
How should we interpret benchmark bands?
Bands summarize anonymized peer outcomes and are sensitive to category mix, contract value, and support tier. Wide intervals usually mean heterogeneity, not bad data.
Can benchmarks predict our savings?
We avoid predicting savings. Benchmarks inform whether an offer looks typical, aggressive, or ambiguous relative to cohort movement and stated assumptions.
Advisors
When would we add negotiation support?
When your team wants a documented playbook plus experienced facilitation, or when vendor conversations need a structured owner. You approve any expanded mandate in writing.
Is negotiation support legal representation?
No. Advisors provide commercial facilitation. Your counsel reviews binding contract language.
Data and privacy
What data do you need for a benchmark desk review?
We prefer redacted order forms, SKU lists, and renewal dates. We ask for the minimum fields needed and document what we do not have.
Where is data processed?
Operational processing may involve secure cloud tooling chosen under our Privacy Notice. You can request a data map summary before starting an engagement.
Limitations
What is explicitly out of scope?
We do not run checkout flows, provide regulated legal advice, guarantee commercial outcomes, or access production systems without a separate written agreement.
Do you cover every vendor in our stack?
Coverage depends on advisor availability and the quality of inputs you can share. We decline engagements where we cannot maintain honest sample sizes.
Korea operations
How do you handle Korea-based teams with global vendors?
We document currency, tax display assumptions, and approval paths that span HQ and regional offices. Deliverables default to English unless you request otherwise in contracting.
